When it comes to quality, our program is second to none. All phases of manufacturing are subject to vigilant monitoring. Our highly experienced staff works as a team to guarantee complete comformance to your product requirements.   Once the manufacturing cycle is complete, the bellows are subjected to a rigorous final mechanical inspection. A statistically valid sample (per MIL-STD-105E) is taken from each lot. This sample is examined for conformance to all dimensional and mechanical characteristics. This ensures that each bellows or bellows assembly you receive will meet your expectations. We follow the final mechanical inspection with a 100% visual inspection under 3-diopter magnification. Each and every unit is carefully examined for flaws and imperfections that can be detrimental to bellows life.
